Stal Het Oosterbrook´s team success

The weekend just seems to be over and we are packing again for the next. Fontainebleau is our destination next weekend.

And since we will be taking our little one with us, we also take our “cabin”, our caravan for our little family. Buying it was really a good idea. After all, it´s Marlyse´s second home.

When I was preparing the “cabin” today, I still always thought about last weekend. We had taken 20 horses and our entire team to a rural tournament and it was great. Gert-Jan won the M event with a home-bred horse. Chameur is the son of Cristallo; his mother is Izabalia, and Chameur is only six years old. Wow – it is always so exciting when home-bred horses are fielded, too.

Our horse trainer, Wesley, was also quite successful. In one event, he ended up third and fourth with hour horses; in a Z event he ranked second on the seven-year-old For Pleasure daughter Que je suis Belle. And then there was the ZZ event, the highlight of the tournament, and we had plenty of reasons to celebrate: Gert-Jan won with Umeunig and Wesley came in second on Bas. Fourth was Gert-Jan again on Qudo and eighth was, ... guess who?..., Gert-Jan, now on Sacramento. That was superb, really superb.
